Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received (Monday to Friday) and sent from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Delivery within Australia should be approximately 5-7 business days from dispatch- please keep in mind that there maybe additional delays due o public holidays and carrier strikes

International orders including NZ, US and US usually take 7-14 business days to arrive, but in some instances can take up to 4 weeks since all orders must through customs. Delays in local postal networks is out of our control. If Customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. Allay Organics is not responsible for customs charges.

Please note: Allay Organics cannot make guarantees on behalf of Australia Post or DHL. Express and International orders will receive a tracking number so that you may monitor the delivery progress.
